Reserved Automated calls can receive assistance from an operator to help with technical questions. With Reserved automated the host runs the call and can control participants lines with touch tone commands. Perfect for scheduled meetings of 3 - 99 lines.

  • Operator Assisted

With Operator Assisted, you receive a dedicated conference operator who personally greats all call participants, captures call information as directed by the call host, and places all participants into the call in a “listen only” mode. After announcing the start of the call and introducing any speakers or moderators, the conference operator will remain available to handle your Question & Answer session, voting/polling sessions, or any other operator service you require to ensure your call is executed flawlessly. 

  • Operator Assisted - Secure PIN

With Secure PIN added to your operator assisted calls you add a layer of security and ease to your call. With Secure PIN each participant will be assigned a unique PIN number that can be used once per call. Because your participants are using a unique PIN code the call in process is now automated. All participants date is linked to their Secure PIN code so your report after the call is flawless with all the information you require.
